I saw a post on a different board and it got me wondering....What is the difference between doing (let's say we're working chest) one set of incline bench, one set of flat press, one set of decline flys, and then going back and doing your second set for each exercise, then third..ect
as opposed to doing all the sets for one exercise before moving on to the next exercise. It would be nice, in-order to switch thangs up a little, to do the circut type training every once in a while. Would it be detrimental to maximum muscle mass building or strength enhancement? What if i'm working three body parts (chest, shoulder, biceps) and want to circut the whole routine???
