Can someone explain to me how to perform seated leg twists. I have to do them tomorrow on my 12 weeks abs program but there is no description of how to do them.
Thanks

I think you mean seated twist. If you go to your exercise program, see the individual exercise and click on it. There is a picture and description.

I have already checked and for some reason the picture and decription are not there for seated leg twists. Checked again and the excercise is definately called 'seated leg twists'

Any update on this? I'm supposed to do "seated leg twists" this week and there is nothing. And no, I do not mean "seated twists." The abs program definitely says "seated LEG TWISTS." Any input would be appreciated. I'm just about finished with the 8-wk program and I've done everything correctly, so if anyone can tell me how to do this exercise, I'd appreciate it.
Also, since I've searched the archives on this issue and no one has had the question answered, is there any way that the folks at FreeTrainers could either put in the actual pictures/descriptions or else display a substitute exercise? Everyone who has posed this question gets told they must mean "seated twists" followed by a description of that exercise instead of the one users are asking about.
Please help.

Are you sure that you are not talking about seated leg tucks?

This is the page where the info should be:

OK, go to fitness resources, then abs and obliques, the scroll down and click on exercises. There you'll find seated leg tucks and seated twists. There is not a seated leg twist. Must be a typo in your program.

Not a typo: This is the exact name of the exercise and this is the page that my decription links to:

I see it too. Why cant it be a typo in their program?

Why dont you replace it with another exercise. It is obvious that this is an error on the program.

It's not a typo if there is a page for it. It is a mistake by FreeTrainers that no one will fix or even acknowledge. Everyone who asks the question historically gets told they must mean "seated twists" or "seated leg tucks." I wish someone would either answer the question or fix the website. There is a problem with it and as far as I can see, it has existed for more than three years!

What am I supposed to substitute for it when I don't even know what it is to know what specific group I am targeting?
Frustrated.

OK it is obvious that you would rather complain about problems instead of looking for a solution. I have no more time for you. Good luck with the twists.

There is no such exercise as a seated leg twist.
On behalf of freetrainers I will appologise for the mistake.
It can be "seated twists" or "seated leg tucks".
What other exercises are you doing on the same day?
