hi, today I was doing when i was doing t-bar rows, i was on my third set 3rd or 4th rep, I felt a sharp pain in my right inner (the part that faces inside when your arms are hanging at your side) forearm, followed immediately by a tingling sensation which lasted about 15 mins. Needless to say i stopped training right after that but i am wondering, what happened and how long am i gonna have to stop training?

Take a break with the forearm. Sounds like a case of tendnitis. Ice it and don't use it. It will take a good while to feel better. When you strat it up again, go light even if it doesn't hurt. You have to rebuild it slowly.
Hope this helps. You may want to check with a doc if it gets to uncomfortable.

You can, but avoid exercise that use the muscles in the forearm. That would include anything you do overhand.

Someone at my gym said that could be a hyperextention or a pulled muscle... do these fit the bill as well?
