Hello everyone. I am Scott a new member to this communiy. It is also my first time joining a community so bare with me. My question is......I am having a hard time building my chest muscles. My shoulders are building up fine. How often or what excercise should I do to get the results I need? Scott
First of all, welcome to FT. Have you signed up for a program yet? I think that flyes are a really good chest builder. I like the effect that they give. I will also do a bench press either before or after flyes and I do flyes three ways. Flat bench, decline, and incline.
