To use or not to use, that is the question. Do you use a scale to monitor your weight loss or rather the fit of your clothes and the way you look? I personally feel like scales are the enemy.

depends on your weight for everyone..if you are obese like myself you need a good scale because at my size 5 lbs doesnt make that much diff...however 5 lbs on a 120lb female will....anyway my 2 pennies
