Ok sorry about last post not much info.. Lets try again. I would like to drop about 20 pounds but at the same time build muscle mass mostly in the upper body such as arms, back, shoulders and chest. Really want to get a flat stomach not even looking for 6 pack just flat. Nothing I do seems to work???? I'am 6'2" 228 not in the best shape but want to be and as fast as I can do extreme workout would be very greatfullll!!!! Would stick to it if I had one.. Please help me!!!!
