S.A.I.S MASS BUILDING PROGRAM?

Has anyone ever heard of the SAIS Mass Building program (www.nutrex.com/saismassbuilding.html)??? Has anyone ever tried it? I think it looks like the workout for me, im looking for a 4 day split like this is.

If you haven't seen it before take a look and tell me what you think! I want to start this ASAP.

Rob, these don't look much different from an FT mass program. However, it's really all about what you feel comfortable with. If you notice, most of the exercises are compound...these build mass. Stick with compound exercises (bench press, squat, deadlift, military press, etc.) for 6-8 weeks, eat well, get plenty of rest and you will grow!
