You can build it out with muscles, but that also depends on how much loose skin you have.

Try also to put some good hydrating creams on.

Plastic surgery is the next answer......

What about those "cutting gels?" I think they may work as well as those hydrating creams. Just thinking about going under the knife makes me shiver...

The cutting gel smooths and drains your skin, but will never be able to get rid of extra skin.

Philia, how much does it drain the skin? I often wondered if they can help one show their ab muscles...as they claim to be able to do. There's even one brand that gives an unconditional money back guarantee!

it might a little...just give it time. you could try using a gelatin supplement. gelatin helps give protein to your nails and skin.

Well it's expensive and not long lasting. When you stop with the gel, it'll just come back.

I'll still say it's a waste of money. BUT maybe if you want to do competitions then it can help you to look leaner on the stage....

while competeing it may have some advantage as the skin will be tighter, firmer and everybit helps when your being judged. For everyday life, like I've said before Sauve (& Jergens) make a skin toning lotion with a seaweed extract. It actually works (short term of course) so when you got the shorts ant t top on use the Sauve.
