I've decided to start a running regimen. I know my limits, so that's not the hard part. The one question that I have, is will I lose weight? I know this may sound weird, but I don't want to lose weight. Basically all I've looking for is to gain strength, and tone up. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't mind getting a little bigger. Is running going to cause me to lose the little tiny butt that I have? Thanks!
