Hey All!
I've started running on the treadmill, I used to run A LOT both treadmill and outside, but suddenly I have pain. The pain is on the outsides of my shins. It starts after about 10 min or running and stops as soon as I take a break. If I try to walk fast after the run, it still hurts, but if I ride the bike, it's fine.

Any suggestions?:(

There are no marks.. I'm pretty sure it's not shin splints, as it doesn't hurt any other time or when I play sports.

Make sure you are wearing good supportive running shoes. Continuous running/jogging/treadmill will work the area you are having pain in much differently then the start-stop-start type of running in most sports. Kind of like lots of reps with low weight works differently then low reps with high weight.

.....My opinion anyway
