I take it that all of you run in the morning for a good 30 minutes or so. I have a hard time waking up early, and since you are all working and stuff, where do you guys find the time to run in the morning? Do you guys wake up extra early like at 5 to run? Because im alwasy too lazy to run.

I've been trying to run in the morning myself. I try to get up around 4:15 and am usally awake by 4:30. run for about 20-30 mins. the cool off on the couch for 1/2 hour and then jump in the shower, eat and get ready. Leave at 6:30 for work. It is hard, very hard to get up early, but I heard the end result is suposse to be really good. I understand that you burn more cal's when you run in the morning on an empty belly.

I don't run in the morning; I run whenever I feel like it from home, usually a couple of times a week, and then I run on the treadmill most days when I finish my workout. Sometimes I do HIIT type running on the treadmill, sometimes I just jog along for 20 minutes or so if I'm worn out from my workout. I don't think it's critical to run in the morning. IMO you'll be more likely to keep the running in your schedule if you do it at a time that works best for you.

2-bed-at-8-up-at-2
get it? ate up at 2
its just a joke.

I get to bed between 9-10 and get up at 5AM and do my cardio, I like it, it works for me. I used to think LIKE YOU that 5am was to early/to tired.
