Because of my schedule, I have to lift during my lunch break around 10:00am or 11:00am but sometimes I lift around 1:00pm. I usually run around 6:00pm or 7:00pm, a total of 5 miles with somedays doing HIIT in there as well. Is this enough time after my weight lifting so that I am not depleating all of the hard work I have done in the morning/afternoon?

Do what you have to do. Seriously, that is all we can do sometimes. Life gets in the way. :) If you are trying to gain weight, you will simply have to increase your caloric intake to offsett your energy expenditure.
