I'VE BEEN RUNNING 30MIN. 3-4 DAYS PER WEEK BUT WOULD LIKE TO SHOCK MY BODY BY DOING SOMEHTING DIFFERENT BUT DON'T THINK MY KNEES WILL LET ME RUN A GREAT DEAL LONGER WHAT SHOULD I DO

Depends on what your goal is. Can't tell because you have no profile. I understand the knee thing. I dread my cardio runs worse then anything and hurt more from them then anything else because of my knees.

Well what are you trying to do... you said you want to do something different but different as in what.. run faster?.. run longer?.. lose fat?
I'll assume you mean losing fat (fill out your profile)... if thats the case then maybe you need to change your diet a bit.. did you adjust what you eat to try and make the goals set in the ft nutrition section?.. If you need more help too you could post up what you normally eat in a day in one of the dieting forums and i'm sure there will be some members that will try to help you critique your diet...

Like Philia suggested, why not try another activity? If you just really like running, why not try doing speedwork one of those days, you can check out runnersworld.com for different types of workouts.
