It's all a matter of personal preference. Everyone's body responds differently to certain splits. In my case I see more benefits from one body part each day than I did when I used to do two body parts a day. However, I have buddies that are the complete opposite.

I feel I can hit the body part with more intensity when I focus on one part. I do however, mix in abs two days a week.

hey,
i got a quick question about the workout routine..
does it make a difference if u work out one major body part a day (chest on monday, tri on tuesday, back on wed....etc)doin like 5 different set of work outs per body part rather than two body parts a day like monday chest and tri, tues back and bicepts ect...also doin 3 different set on a body part on those days....
can u gain more from either one but at the same time keepin the intensity level equal in each case...
