Hey Um nue to FT and I have had a tornligament in my left Bicept and with continued or everyday use to include working out occaisionally, my rotatoer cup cracks or maybe it's a grindind sound, um unsure. Jus tryna C if anyone has experience anything of the sort and wut 2 do. Or suggestions for wut 2 do. Thanks

Depending on the severity of your torn rotator cuff you may be able to rehab with physical therapy or you may need surgery. Check with your doctor and get a second opinion if you feel the need.
