hey my name is Moe and I just started lifting in the middle of may in 2002. Im 17, and i weighed around 135 before I began and in tow months, I got all the way up to 146lbs and drastically increased my lifting ability. I increased my weight and muscle by taking in 60g of Wey Protein every day and creatine. i eat 4 meals a day, 4 eggs for breakfast, tuna sandwich, chicken/fish, and something before i go to bed. but for the last two weeks I have not gained even a half a pound even though I am getting a little stronger still. I wanted to know your advice, thanks alot. Moe

Well, sounds like you've reached a set point in your weight. Basically, everyone reaches their set point when the body adapts to the food intake and exercise routine.

So, if you do cardio now, do less. And, increase your total caloric intake by 250 per day. Try these for a couple of weeks. If you are still not gaining weight, then add another 250 calories.

Good luck!

Hey Moe, welcome to ft. Rob is right on. You should be eating more from the sound of it. Why don't you fill out a profile to let us know a little more about you. Good luck. Please post and let us know how you are doing.
