hi, im new here, but im gonna give it a shot anyway.
my question is, like if u did 5 pounds for 200 times straight without rest, is it equal to 20 pounds say 50 times straight without rest? do they both rip and go for larger muscle mass? any help would be appreciated :)

Momar the answer is NO! doing that you will build endurance and not muscle mass. Lets say you want to build mass then you should do lets says 4 sets then 16 12 8 4 in pyramid form weight getting heavier towards lowest rep sets. Good Luck - Mike

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone past me I will turn to see fear's path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain

Id say 10-8-6 range would be better or 10-8-6-4. Each body is different but I get great results off of 10-8-6
