i am new to weight training. i am right-handed, but i have started to notice that my right shoulder is becoming bigger than my left shoulder/any suggestions on how i can even them out/thanks/
start doing single arm exercises. by this i mean, say you are doing a front cable raise. start with your weaker arm, do as many reps as are in your training program, say 10, and then MATCH that with your stronger arm. do not go over what your weaker arm can do, then eventually things will even out.
