Reverse Crunch

When performing a reverse crunch, should your back remain flat on the floor, or should it come up also?

I'm not sure if this is the same movement but look at the one at the bottom of this page I think it's called 3 in 1.

Nice site too! I did a google search, but I kept getting different directions. I like the sight that you posted, so I will go with that. As always, you are the man!

The boot camp site is one BB1 posted a while back. It may be in fit buddy but it was the 1st hit in the non commercial googles I think. Just for fun, look at BB1s cable crunch numbers. I can do about 10 @ 140 grunting like a hog. He has a journal entry a while ago where he was doing 40!!!
