Well - after about a 4 year hiatus and having the body to show for it, it is time to get back to the gym. I really don't want to (nor can I afford) hire a personal trainer - our gym charges $70/session and they are attempting to tell me that for best results I need 2 sessions minimum per week. Therefore, I found FT and so far I absolutely love it - so much value for so little $$$.

Anyway, here is my question... Even after reading the description, I can not figure out how to do a Reverse Calf Raise - can someone take a stab at describing how it is done? It talks about standing on a block... I have only just started at our gym (Extreme Fitness in Ontario) but I have yet to see a block that one would stand on...

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks everyone!!!

A block is those steps one would use in aerobic exercise.
You can also use the standing calf raise machine platform.
Oh, and welcome to freetrainers. Glad to have you.
