How fast have you seen results in your body...or do you generally feel the difference first?

You grow the fastest your first two months. After that it slows down, but you will feel the difference before you see it.

You will see result within your first 4 weeks and should see small difference every week there after for a while. Be prepared however, you will soon stop making steady gains and may have to change your workout routine and or diet in order to achieve more gains.

its hard to say...you'd wake up some mourning look in the mirror and be like wow...it depends on how hard you've been working in the past month or so and how balanced your nutrition was.

I think it would depend on wether you're chubby or lean when you start training. When I was a kid I was very lean with pretty good shape before I started, I saw changes within the first couple of weeks. I've trained with friends who were chubby and it took a few weeks to uncover the muscle enough to see the work. But they said they felt the effect and their strength went up steadily. Then there are those who are very skinny and have a hard time making progress. I guess it really depends on the individual genetic response to training. Everyones different. Are you having trouble? If so don't give up It'll come.

Hi There!!
If you Are just a beginner in working out then you will feel as if you are growing day by day but this is just a Pump which comes after working out as your muscles which did not do any streneous lifting before is getting used and is getting blood pumped into it so it will look huge temporarily but to have permanent results you will have to workout more heavy.

I've seen small improvements within the first 3 weeks, but I suppose it'll depend on you.
