i am currently on week 8 of the 12 week abs programme but i am not seeing any results. i am 6' 4" and only weigh 140lbs i don't have a lot of fat on my stomach or anything so it isn't a case that the muscles are being built up under fat, can anyone tell me why i can't see any results? as i am confused.

I at the same point on the 12-week ab program (note US spelling). I'm definitely firmer (but I am 46) and can complete all the suggested reps, something I couldn't do at the start. So I'd say it works, but maybe you could up the intensity some.

The main thing to focus on is the execution of the exercise. Are you holding the movements and flexing your abs on each rep? Or are you just following through with the movement counting the reps?

After each abdominal workout, can you feel that you've trained your abs?

Onther point that I would be concerned with is the speed of the reps. Are you doing 25or 85? I hope it is around 25 at a slow pace, that is what puts the tension on the muscles.
