First of all, I am new here so i just wanna say Hi to everyone. Now on to the question. I am wondering how many days I should rest in between workouts?For example if i do biceps curls one day, how long should i wait before doing them again. Oh, i am about 190 and my goal is to get bigger not much but nonetheless bigger. I have heard somewhere that its 48hrs and i have also heard 24 hours.
I have heard that ideally you shouldn't work the major muscle groups more than 1x every 5-6 days. Don't forget, most are being worked as secondary muscles at your other workouts, too.
