Heres a way, I can almost garantee you and jump start in your strength, and size goals. Ihave done this to my chest,back and arms for a month. 1.5in on chest/back, 2/3in on arms. However this is not for the weak and heart, you will be sore, very sore, and your strength zapped for several days........will without further adue .....

I will use bench as an example, since everyone would love and extra inch or 2 on their chest, and stronger upper body.
*i'll show my work out,you feel in your weights)

Start off with incline, regular, of decline however you like it.

Bench(bb)flat
135 warm up( light stretching)
185/f(18)
185/f(6)
205/f(3)
225/f(3)
()* are what I got going to failure*
Now here the kicker You go to FAILURE ever set!
rest for 15 secs, go to Failure again, then again and again. Till your done with the 4 sets or so. The last set, ( the heaviest) you may rest 20 sec:angry:

try this again on ONE other excercise, then 1 or 2 other excercises with normal rest inbetween.

Stick with leg presses,benching, military, pull downs, pull ups, rows. Stuff like that.

also another way to do this, is this.

Put 75%=95 of your max on the bar
do one rep, rest 15 secs
one rep, 10 secs
one rep, 5 secs.

do 2 if you can, point is, your trying to make your body recruit more fibers than it is used too. But the rest Allows them to recover for a sec, so the fast twitch can come out to play!
