how long should i rest between sets?also how do i read food labels my diet is supposed to consist of 2600 calories daily,but food labels say these figures are based on a 2000 calorie diet...

You have to add the calories yourself. Don't even bother looking at the %'s.
As far as the rest, I never go over 2 minutes between sets.

but say something has 200 calories if your diet consists of more or less than 2000 calories that number is gonna change.right?

if it says it has 200 calories per serving, thats how many calories it has per serving regardless of how many calories you need a day. Like conan said, pay no attention to the percentages. A calorie is a calorie, no matter how many of them you need 1 is 1....2 is 2....so forth and so on.

And to be honest the 2,000 calories is a joke!! Even me at 170lbs would need more than that on a fat-loss diet!!
