Rest between Reps.........

hey, after i do the number of targeted reps, should i just stop and rest for so long, change the weights, or what before i do the next number of targeted reps? quick help please!!!!!!!yesterday i started and what i did was just do the number of targeted reps and stop for about a minute or so and kind of stretch, is that alright, and then i just did the next number of reps......

Yessss, stretching is important indeed. I suggest you stretch after each set, to loosen up the fibres in yer muscles ^^

Usually the time in between sets should be in regards to the type of training. If you are training in the 10 rep range it is reccomended to take less than 1 minute in between sets in order to maximise the natural hormone response. However if you are training for strength(around 5 reps) it is advised to take loger periods of about 3 minutes between sets for muscle gycogen replenishment.
