I just signed up and filled out all the sheets and got my program. It shows me doing 4 sets of each exercise doing fewer as I go.

How long do i rest in between sets and before moving on to the next exercise?

I am 6' tall and weigh between 185-190, which is okay but I want to be stronger a little bigger and lose the little of a belly that i have. Ideally I would like to be very well sculpted but not huge.

Also, do they have any where on the site for alternative exercises. I am doing my at home with dumbells, so I have no way of doing pull-ups as my program calls for.
