I just found this site and will be starting one of the programs this week. After looking at the program schedule and reading some posts i realize that i have not been giving my muscles nearly enough rest. If before i was doing chest, back, and arms one day and then legs and shoulders the next day with just on rest day a week, just wondering how ineffective that has been for me. Thanks
