Due to a lack of machines, is thre any other exercise to replace: tricep pressdown, front lateral pull downs, back lateral pull downs and preacher bar curls?
I have barbells and dumbells and an exercise bench at my disposal.
Keeping a close grip, even touching on the skullcrushers Steve described, will isolate the tricep more, keep your arm stiff from the shoulder to the elbow and at a 90 to your body.
