? regarding weight loss cal intake.

I know the concept behind it but im not too sure that my diet plan is correct. I have selected weight loss and low metab. and my plan has me at 3650 cals a day....ive been keeping track now for 3 days and have yet to even come close to making this goal, im hitting 2100 - 2500 eating 4-6 times a day....any suggestions and or modifications you guys have for me?

The nutrition plans here are notorious for being too high.

Look in the FAQs forum - there is a whole post on how to calculate calories.
