My brother started working out at 16 and was about like you. He was 5.8 too and looked like a pole. What he accomplished the first year was pretty impressive. He focused on doing mass movements and ate tons. He used to have two huge burgers for breakfast every morning. Took weight gainer after every workout and just ate anything tha had lots of protein in it. It's tough when your young since protein drinks and bars cost alot of money.

Do lots of heavy leg workouts (squats, deadlifts), do a good chest workout ( lots of heavy benchs and incline benches) , heavy back workout (t-bar rows, chins, etc..), military press for your shoulders, heavy shrugs and of course a good arm workout. Everyone wants huge arms like Arnold had :)

If my brother can get huge from were he started, then anyone can. Remember that you're very anabolic at your age and still growing. doing good workouts will give your body a chance to fill right out.

Good luck :)
