This is a stupid question but i gotta ask, i've be doing bisep curls and other bicep exercise and have seen some definite increases in mass later i relized i havn't added weight in a while (maybe a few months)then i relized i was moving my shoulders slightly. my arms still get the aking from lifting but should i lower the weight is this also a reason why i havnt added any weight ( i looked on the search engine and couldnt really find anything that could help) any help will be apreciated

o yeah i forgot to mention i did lower the weight but even though my shoulders didnt move the weight seemed very light to me and i could do a lot of reps, but im trying to gain mass so i should use higher weight, im pretty confused at wat i should do so thanks for any help.

use weight that allows you to do 6-8 reps for your sets....if you can do 9 with strict form then increase the weight.....
shoulders ideallyl should not move, you should not swing your body, use lower back to generate momentum, etc....at the end...on the last 1-2 reps this might be ok for an advanced lifter...beginners however should avoid doing this as it becomes a habit....
