I've always thought raisins were among the healthiest foods-I believe it's one of the fruits highest in antioxidants. Anyway, I eat these things as snacks all day.
Also, can someone tell me what sugar alcohol s and if it's healthy or dangerous.
1 oz of seedless raisins have 86 calories, 23 carbs, less than 1g of protein and a teensy bit of fat(.13g). I guess that is not too bad. When you get up to 3.5 oz you are looking at 300 cals and 80g carbs.
