hi i'm 6'1", 175 pounds. Workout regularly, both cardio and moderate weight training. But I have a lot of fat in my midsection, esp. lower back (love handles). Also my upper thighs, and buttocks have a lot of fat.
How should i go about eliminating the fat?

I would suggest checking your diet, along with your caloric intake and the % of carbs/protein/fats you take daily. In order to loose BF you have to create a caloric deficit (cals used - cals consumed)
