hello, ive been reading mass workout, and there alot of differnt excersise, is it possible to build mass if u do only certain routines? For example, i do legs every monday,wend., and frid., for those days i squat, hamstring curls and lunges, and in the mass rounites that have a whole lot more stuff. like calf rises, hyperextension, inner outter thigh machine lying leg curls with toes pointed in

why do you do legs 3 times per week? Also the reason for a variety of movements is due train the muscle from diffent angles. DO you train chest,back,shoulders?

I'll do back shoulds on tuesdays and thursdays, but only like 2 or 3 workout per part, my football coach doesnt want us to do "that body builder shit" he wants up to be powerfull and explosive, i do power cleans and snatches monday, wensday and fridays with Track ad field

If your coach refers to using different methods of working muscle groups as body builder shit. That man should hand over his whistle.

I coached football for a few years as a assistant. If you look at any football program that competes with the big boys either in college or high school. They all hit the weight room hard. I dont know of any college players that didnt workout their upper body, hell even the kickers did.
