I know there are no quick fixes to permanent weight loss but I have a unexepected event coming up in 3 days and I would really like to look my best. Any suggestions on what I can do with only 3 days to work with? Thanks for any suggestions.

wear a well fitting stylish suit...that brings out your best qualities...

you cannot do much of anything with 3 days realistically....if u were worried about this then u should have thought about it earlier....if this is something important to you then use this as an opportunity to re-evaluate your life and become more involved in your fitness...

I agree, a suit is always a good look. Team it with a pair of fabulous shoes and you will feel and look great. And of course, as menace said, use this as an opportunity to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

I also suggest wearing black....might make u look thinner.

unless you can run for miles and sweat out a few pounds in 3 days. :)

vertical stripes, high heels, tall hair and take a fat freind.

rofl....yes find a 400lb friend and bring him/her along...and tag her/him along with you everywhere you go...you'll look slim by comparison ...as everyone else suggested use solid colors as they have tendency to make you look slimmer...as do stripes....although don't over do it.....high heels also help a bit...

also there's no reason to 'sweat out' pounds or lose water weight because it won't significantly change his appearance..it's not like she's a boxer trying to shed 2-3 pounds in 3 days to fit into her bodyweight class....
