Hey, im new here. About a year ago i lost all my weight, got pretty cut and then put it almost all of it back on. So im working out to lose it yet again. Im doing four days a week (mon/tues/thurs/fri) for working out, the rest being my rest days. Is four days enough to get tone and lose weight? Also should i still run or do pushups/crunches on my rest days? Or are they completely for resting. Thanks in advance.
