i dont know wether to choose boxing or basketball....
ok heres my new schedule...
i like the programs u got...but i feel like ur programs give to little....
so heres my schedule....
Monday: Triceps & Biceps & Forearms Cardio: Boxing or basketball
Tuesday: Shoulders & Chest& Abs Cardio: Boxing or Basketball
Wednesday: Legs & Back & Abs & Forearms Cardio: Boxing or basetball
Thurdsay: Rest
Friday: Triceps Biceps Forearms Cardio: Boxing or Basketball
Saturday: Chest Shoulders Abs
Sunday: Rest
thats my shedule...and that shedule i would have fun doing....workouts are suppose to be fun not stressful...so with cardio i wanna do sumting i love to do...box or ball...
not run or walk or ride bike....
so thats my schedule....what u guys think?
and another question.....i know i dont have running in my schedule...but do i have to do it?
and plus ima watch my nutrition and drink lotz of water....and get as much rest....especially summer is on the way...
I'm pretty bad at adjusting workouts.. but the only things I could suggest is that you move the tuesday abs sectin to monday so your abs have at least one day to recover.. and your probably overworking your forearms.. specifically targeting once maybe even twice a week should be fine but they should get plenty of work done when your doing other exercises like curls for your biceps... dun0.. other people might have more suggestion or that could be just fine.. but its probably what i'd change....
