Hey everyone....i want to know if cardio in the morning is better to lose my love handles....i work 630-5pm, so i was wondering if that ok also i would like to know if lifting at night is ok...thank you....
As you'll read time and again all over these boards, you can't spot reduce any area. It comes off all over. As to morning vs. afternoon vs. night, ultimately, it'll come down to personal prefference and what fits into your schedule. Cardio in the morning and lifting at night is fine, as long as it is something you can realistically fit into your day.
