Hey guys! I was just looking at the FT Nutritional Plan and was wondering if i follow the Fat loss, get lean and tone up plan and still lift heavy could i still get a bit bigger? i only have a bit of fat near my gut that i want to get rid of. 10x

Hard to answer without knowing anyhting about you, age , gender, current diet, what the nutritional tracker is telling you? If you lift heavy and it's got you eating too little protein you could lose muscle. Give us a little more info. Filling out your profile would also help.

i tried to fill in my details but it wont update. anyways im 20 and wiegh about 74Kgs. currently i just try to eat healthy but i want to know the exact amount of protien and carbs i need. i hered that i need to multiply my body wieght by 2 to get the amount of protiens.is this true? what about the carbs? 10x buddy
