Take a look at this sample diet and tell me what you think.

Would this work also for fat burning? Or would there have to be some modifications?

Yes I have been looking at it and it seems okey for me.

You know about the diets..... If there is something I have learned passed the years is that how ones body will respond to what you are eating is VERY very individual......

I went to a sports nutritionists once and I really thought that he could help me. I followed his diet for one and a half week and then I got very sick......
I also got rather frustrated since I needed to loose weight for the competition but I didn't know any longer who I could trust. Well, I started to listen to myself....... Of course I did a lot of studies to learn everything about the human body and how and what the food does to you.
But what really made me achieve my goals was the fact that I tried different kinds of diets to see what worked for me.

That's the very best advice I can give you......

Actually pretty good eating plan sans the POPTART, up to one a day. Maybe one a week, if you like the things! Good Luck!

I thought it is a pretty good diet. It is something to what I use when I want to actually lose weight, but not all the time cause I'm sorry but I like bread and rice and all that stuff. The POPTART definitely threw me for a loop but I guess she likes her sweets as well.

Ummm... I don't like poptarts... LOL

I love my taters, bread, etc, too...

I've been cranking in the egg whites and tuna. Whew.
