So go with MPI over CDMI because they are both at a 80/20 Casein/Whey?

I wasn't sure if MPI was 80/20 just that is was a mix of the 2.

Hey Bro just wanting to know your thoughts on this Mix from True's as I'm thinking of using it for my morning shake and at times Prue bedtime but keeping the 60% Casein 40% Whey for PWO.

99% of the time I have a shake 1st thing as I get up mixed with milk, oats and berries so I was thinking this might be a good mix to use.

What's your thoughts on this and below is all the info copied from True's on this mix?

Thanks Bro!

Complete Milk Dairy Isolate

True Protein?s Complete Milk Dairy Isolate (CMDI) is derived from fresh skim milk; both micellar casein and whey protein isolate (80% and 20%). CMDI is very unique in that it mimics the same amino acid profile of milk; this in turn yields a high nutritional protein which helps with proper biological function and ease of amino acid assimilation. CMDI is completely soluble and instantized/agglomerated with a complete neutral pH. This neutral pH retains all functionality of both the whey and casein proteins fractions, which is essential for proper sports nutrition. The natural, gental isolation process and neutral pH helps retain all these essential protein fractions many protein powders of today are missing. This is a great product for individuals that are lactose intolerant, Complete Milk Dairy Isolate is nearly lactose free.

CMDI provides the user with a quick burst of amino acids with its whey isolate content and a slower digestibility with the remaining micellar casein content. This mix is a great natural combination of anabolic and anticatabolic properties. CMDI possesses a higher than normal BCAA content and EAA content which is an added bonus.

CMDI possesses a very bland, milky flavor. The mouth texture is fairly smooth but with all casein type proteins, they do possess a somewhat chalky mouth feel, of all our casein products though, this is the least chalky of them all. Mixability is very good as it is instantized, so a quick shake of the wrist with a shaker cup is all that is needed.

CDMI is great. Very pasty and hard to mix, lots of fluids to do so and a blender. You will have to add some type of flavor.

Since CDMI and MPI is both casein and whey, is it better to use these in a mix instead of mixing MC and WPI?

Pretty much 12 in one hand, a dozen in the other. I would go with price.

I normally use the former for during the day, and the latter post workout.

{CMDI possesses a higher than normal BCAA content and EAA content which is an added bonus.}

If this statement is true then I surely don't mind spending a little more for CMDI over MPI.

Like BB1 said this is for daily use not PWO my PWO has more Whey in it. 60/40 Casein/Whey.

Probably won't make much of a difference that you will notice. But, if it is on sale, then buy it. I do when I catch it on sale.
