I've noticed that some exercises in my FT program have different number of reps.
For example, say you have a routine of 4 sets of 14, 12, 10, 8 reps respectively which is 44 total reps (same weight used in all). Is there a difference if you do 4 sets of 11 instead? Does the body react differently when you use a staggered # of reps as opposed to a uniform # of reps in your routine?
