okay ive worked out in the past but gave it up.but need to get a start on it again cause of health issues and not pleased with my weight at all. wanna change it before i catch a stroke or something.lost on how much should i do a day to acutally see results, i got the eating right part down pact so far.just skecthy about the excersing part.ANY advice would be appericated!!!!!!
Hi Bigman70359, I have been researching the same thing and have found that starting a light traing schedule in conjuntion with cardio and stretching is the way to get back into shape. then you can increase your workout as your needs dictate. Good luck
