question about charting progress

ok i am charting my progress as i do the exercises suggested. i use 10 pound dumb bells. so when it asks the weight used, do i input 10 or 20 for the total of the two dumb bells?

specify in your journal so that you'll know...

I like to use '10s' notation for when using dumbells....you can however do whichever works for you.....

A question thet I have is when you do pushups, do you add your body weight or 0 or just leave blank is the weight part? I still haven't figured that out yet.:)
