Ok I started the 12 week AB program today, and I must say, at first when I only saw 3 exericises for so little a week I thought "yea right", after doing them I am in a mild sweat and really felt the burn(I've been doing ab workouts the pas year or so too.)
My question is: On the chart where I put in how many reps and such I did, what do I put in for Input Weight? I just did the exercises......
