I want to get toned and selected the gym training workout program but on the options for that program it asks if i want to lose weight or gain muscle, maybe I am over thinking this but which option do I chose? I want to stay at the weight I am at just want to tone everything up.
Hey @maayanhayden. Yes you're over thinking it; but the "options" are also misleading. If you want to maintain your weight and "tone"; you'll be doing both. You'll be losing fat but replacing it with muscle. But if you have to pick one option; go with the gain muscle.
