What kind of different results will us see if you do the pyrymid sets (set 5 reps, 10,8,6,4,2)vs. 3 sets of 10. My trainer has me doing the pyrymid sets with my core excerises like bench prees, incline and decline. With the pyrymid method i start out light and go up 20 lbs each set.

Good results I pyramid all the time, i vary the rep range every once in a while. it would probably be a good idea to go back and forth with pyramiding as to not let the body get used to it. You can do all kinds of things like 10-8-8 or 8-6-6 mix it up. good luck
