i have another question, for chest, is it ok to do just push ups to muscle breakdown to get biger chest muscles?

Sure. Make sure your arms are wider than shoulder-width to properly target your pecs/chest. I do these AFTER my normal chest routine (flyes, presses, dips).

push ups are awsome I`m doing them in my current chest workout along with flies
I got bored of benchpressing so decided to give it a try, and I~m happy I did I got some pretty noticable difference
make sure do weighted push ups (weights on your back)

try decline pushups... foot on weight bench and go all the way down, pause, come back up. Hands more than shoulder width apart... my god..
