I need a great workout to build my strength. I wanna be dead at the end of my workouts and on the current routine i am not. I dont care about being cut or if i gain mass or not i just want to be extremely strong. I am dedicating myself to doing this. Thanks for your help

Look through this forum their are many good work outs posted by gatormade. He is our resident strength coach and knows his stuff. Train hard Mike

strength training isn't really about "feeling dead at the end" of your workout. Feeling the burn is a bodybuilding thing. Alot of times, especially on days that you do speed and power work, your not gunna really feel it the next day, or that day for that matter.
